Low calorie Apple and celery Salad

1 Green apple diced into small pieces

Celery 2 long sticks diced

1 Red apple diced into small pieces

Walnuts a handful

Small red onion sliced fine

1 teaspoon lemon juice

Salt and pepper to taste

 

Method: Toss all the ingredients well and enjoy a filling low calorie alternative.

 

Avocado, Feta, Baby Spinach and tomato Salad

1 firm Avocado diced into bite size pieces

100 g feta cheese cubed

Handful of baby spinach

Cherry tomatoes 6-7 or 1 truss tomato diced

Pepper (optional)

 

Method: Toss all the ingredients well and enjoy a high protein, zero carb alternative to lunch. This Salad really fills you up and makes you feel satisfied.
